The CorrectPay deposit system will be requiring all users to create a user account to use the system (website and/or app) beginning February 1st, 2022 in a phased approach.  Any usage of the CorrectPay system, including deposits, scheduling video visitation, and messaging will all require user accounts to be created. Every user account will be required to input a phone number and a driver’s license which will be validated prior to use of the CorrectPay deposit system. If false information is provided, the user account may be denied access to the CorrectPay deposit system.

Users who have previously utilized the login capabilities on CorrectPay and have tied multiple accounts to the same email address and/or phone number will only be allowed to login to the account with the most recent activity as of January 31, 2022. All duplicate user accounts will be removed at that time.

Once this transition occurs, you will be required to validate your phone number within the CorrectPay depositor system prior to use of any services on the website and/or app.

To login and validate information for use from the website or app, you must login to your visitor account, go to your visitor account homepage, select “account information” and ensure that your mobile phone number is correctly listed. Once changes are saved, the system will prompt you to validate your phone number and will generate a text with a confirmation code that must be confirmed within your visitor account.
