In most cases, facilties in Tennessee will require the user to create a TBE visitor account and all other locations will require a CorrectPay visitor account.

Williamson County, TN
Any usage of the CorrectPay system, including deposits, scheduling video visitation, and messaging will all require user accounts to be created. Every user account will be required to input a phone number and a driver’s license which will be validated prior to use of the CorrectPay deposit system. If false information is provided, the user account may be denied access to the CorrectPay deposit system.
